In just three months you’ll be a TWO years old. Mommy is trying to hold on to these times for as long as I can. Each day I look at you, and you grow taller, smarter and more beautiful!
ABC…123…you are getting there! You even sign your ABC’s and can count to three using your tiny little fingers. I love it when you wake up in the morning and start calling out everyone’s name, starting with Daddy! It’s been almost two weeks since you started saying Daddy instead of just Dad! I know he melts each time he hears you say it.
Pinky, you mean so much to me. You complete this family. It reminds me of the song I used to sing to you from Charlotte’s Web, “There must be something more to us than, you and me…it must be tangled up some how with destiny…I don’t know how to say the things I’m thinking of, but this something more I’m feeling, must be love…I used to think the sum of one and one, was two…but we add up to MORE me and you (and daddy)!
Now all you want to hear is the monkey song a.k.a. The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars! And even though we get tired of Barney, I have to admit. He is the only character who teaches you how to give great big hugs, kisses and say I love you!
