I have to say, I was completely amazed! Fully Charged was definitely spectacular and electrifying, everything they said it would be: Gigga-volts of enjoyment, high-energy and high-wattage! The colors, the lights, the stunts, the talented animals and performers—brilliant! I could not keep my eyes of the stage for a second so as not to miss a thing. I’m so glad Pinky woke up to see this, she was in absolute awe!
The Danuir Troupe – tight rope walkers – had me hanging off the edge of my seat. The ribbon dancers had me totally engaged as they gracefully flew across the arena ceiling. I was impressed by the strength of the Brothers of Brawn, and equally impressed by the amazingly talented gymnasts as they flew across the stage performing double and triple flips high in the air. It’s wonderful what the body can do! Not to mention Stas and Vas, the world famous clowns brought on the giggle-hurtz!
No lions, no bears, but 12 talented tigers and 18 beautiful stallions took the stage with fearless animal trainer, Tabayara. He’s more like the all around animal whisperer! Watching the beautiful Asian elephants was seriously heartwarming. They connected with the audience and even smiled at the end of their performance.
Finally, they couldn’t end the show without a bang. The audience was surprised when the cast of clowns, strong men, tall man, and more came out dragging a giant crossbow. One could only imagine what was going to happen next! Anticipation and excitement filled the arena. Brian Miser, became The Human Fuse as he was lit ON FIRE, blasted through the air at the speed of a car driving on any California highway (65 mph), landed on an air bed, then was hosed off with a fire extinguisher – and lived to do it again in a city near you!
Having a background in event planning and event production. I really took a deep appreciation for this show. There must have been a ton of logistical challenges, and I’m sure there were a ton of things going on at once, but the stage crew, production crew, and all the behind the scenes people made it work so beautifully! Here are two of the many ways the arena floor was used. It’s amazing what color and lighting can do to change a scene!
Overall, this definitely was the Greatest Show on Earth. Daddy, Auntie Jojo, Lolo and I haven’t been to a circus in years, so we didn’t know what to expect! Thanks to Feld Entertainment and CFOX PR we enjoyed the show with an amazing view! As a family, we all agreed that it will not be our last! I encourage all parents to go out and take your kids to the circus, it’s entertaining for everyone in the family!
