Disney on Ice Presents Follow Your Heart Recap

Guest Post by Auntie Amber

We’re all about spreading the love, and since we had the pleasure of visiting Disneyland for a few days we decided to have my sister and nephew enjoy the Disney on Ice Follow Your Heart show in our place. She had a great time and shares her experience of the show below.

Make sure you check out the show this weekend now through Sunday, January 28th at Valley View Casino Center. Enjoy!

Why I liked Disney on Ice Follow Your Heart

What I like about this show is that it’s family friendly. I saw many young children dressed up as their favorite princesses. My son was excited to see the show, although he didn’t get to see his crush Elena of Avalor. Hopefully she’ll make an appearance on a future production. I was impressed to see that they hit the main points of each story in such a short amount of time all while keeping the audience engaged.

My Favorite Parts

My favorite parts is when all of the princesses come out and each one was labeled as an emotional feeling. It really brought me back to some childhood memories. I love how the production is filled with short story lines that can be told within 10-15 minutes. The performers were so graceful as they did their different dances and tricks on the ice. Finally, I loved how “snow” fell from above making the  Frozen scene to life even more. It was an amazing experience, and I was happy to share it with my son.

Why You Should See the Show

You should see this show because who doesn’t love Disney?! It makes for a fun family night out without the 2-hour drive! You know what I’m saying?! The children will enjoy it and be able to have something to talk about the next few days. It’s very enjoyable for everyone in the family. Here’s a thought…let the dad’s take the kids while the moms enjoy a night at home to relax!

Overall the show was spectacular and deserves 5 out of 5 stars. I can’t wait to see what Disney on Ice has in store for their next show.
