You don’t need an excuse to give Dearfoam Slippers as a gift, but I have THREE!

I recently acquired a few pairs of Dearfoam Slippers from Stacey Ross of San Diego Bargain Mama after a fun tweetup!

I’ve heard of Dearfoams before, in fact, I believe I had been gifted some in the past. What I did not realize until recently is how many cute styles they had! As I was going through the boxes of stylish slippers, I could only think of 3 things, other than myself:

1. Pinky’s Grandma
2. Auntie Chicka
3. Tia Locita

You don’t need an excuse to give Dearfoam Slippers as a gift, but I have THREE! Whenever I am presented with swag, I immediately think of who I can share the wealth with, most of the time! This time, I knew I wanted to share the Dearfoam experience with my two sisters and my mommy because they have done so much for me!

My Mommy, yes I still call her Mommy, has been so patient with me even when I’m not the easiest person to get along with. She’s been a huge help to our family – baby sitting Pinky so I can run errands, work and have some time for myself. She calls me whenever she’s at the grocery store to ask if I need anything and she always packs me food to go whenever I leave her house. I can’t say enough good things about this amazing mommy of mine. Pinky is blessed to have her in her life.

Dearfoam Style: Mommy is a simple gal, who will prefers comfort of style…she’s not a picky one so I chose to give her Tie Die Cuff – pink, soft and flat! She loved them, but was against me putting her photo online!

My Sister Chicka is the closest to me in age. She’s loves Pinky and treats her as if she was her own. When she’s dirty, she bathes her, when she’s hungry she feeds her and when she wants to play with dogs because we don’t have any at home…she let’s her play with hers! I’m really grateful for my sister who continues to grow and mature into a beautiful and bright woman with goals and ambitions of becoming the first doctor in our family! She works hard, and although she’s a homebody, she has a few adventurous bones in her body!

Dearfoam Style: While Sister Chicka hangs out at home with her dogs, she likes a little style and a little comfort, she’s neutral and in between so I chose the Flat Cable Knit Pom in gray for her. Every time I come over, she’s rockin’ them!

My Sister Loca, well she’s straight up crazy! I love her so much, she’s the youngest of us girls and the most laid back. She too loves Pinky with a passion! You can often find them making silly faces into the camera, or doing something mischievous around the corner. She’s visits Pinky all the time, helps to watch her even on short notice. I really appreciate her because no matter what is going on in her life, she still makes time for family. Sister Loca adds a lot of spunk and spice to any conversation in person and online. I’ve very proud of her crazy sass!

Dearfoam Style: Loca likes to lounge! She hangs out at home, she goes out whenever she feels like it…in the morning she’s grumpy but at night she’s jolly – the style I chose for her was the Cable Knit Pom Boot in what looks like a holiday red! I think Dearfoam refers to it as Tibetan Red!

These are my three amazing reasons! I love them all the same! You want three more reasons: Happy Aunties Day, Thank You and Just Because – all the more reason to give!
